Wolfe Plumbing is a third-generation family-owned and run company, with over 50+ years of experience in the industry. Specializing in apartments, hotels, high rises, custom homes, remodels, restaurants, warehouses, and more.

The Wolfe family started the business when Fred, Gale, and Todd Wolfe purchased a family friend’s plumbing business, Art’s Plumbing. Fred’s retirement and Gale’s interest in other investments led to Todd purchasing the company in 1981. Art’s Plumbing flourished throughout the ’80s and ’90s by continually providing quality plumbing with integrity and competitive pricing. In 1997 Todd and Ashton Wolfe officially turned Art’s Plumbing into Wolfe Plumbing.

Todd and Ashton were able to purchase a Seattle-based fire protection company in 2003, Riverside Fire Protection, as well as a 24,000 sq ft warehouse in Monroe, WA giving them plenty of room to grow. This was the beginning of Wolfe Fire Protection.

By 2006 Ashton purchased Todd’s 50% ownership in Wolfe Fire Protection and was focused on purchasing Todd’s shares of Wolfe Plumbing. Ashton officially completed the purchase and sole ownership of Wolfe Plumbing in 2010.

Since 2010, Wolfe Plumbing and Wolfe Fire Protection have grown immensely while keeping their family atmosphere and core values. In 2020, Ashton purchased the Auburn-based company, Transit Plumbing, to expand their reach further South. They also moved the Monroe location to a new larger Everett location allowing for further growth and easier access to the I-5 corridor.
